Regal Care at Courtyard Medford – RN/LPN

Shift: 11pm-7am (1st and 2nd shift available also)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Full-time; $2,500 for Part-time.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout the scheduled shift.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make the resident’s beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

Regal Care at Courtyard is a short- and long-term care facility located in Medford, MA. We are currently seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team! Full-time, part-time, and per diem RN/LPN openings are available on all three shifts. Experience is not required, and new RN/LPN grads are welcome! Candidates must possess a valid MA LPN license in good standing.
