• Leadership and Management:
  Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Patient Care:
  Oversee the delivery of patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of our patients. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure seamless transitions.
• Staff Development:
  Mentor and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Participate in performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
• Quality Improvement:
  Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies. Monitor and report on quality metrics, driving continuous quality improvement.
• Conflict Resolution:
  Respond promptly and professionally to patient and staff concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
