This position is based in the vibrant Medford, MA area—a lively community near Boston, rich in culture, history, and memorable sights. The role involves accompanying a 20-year-old student to school in Concord, offering both structure and flexibility with shifts averaging 3.5–4 hours each day, around 20 hours weekly. Off the clock, you’ll have the chance to explore local eateries, stroll historic neighborhoods, and enjoy the proximity to New England’s scenic getaway spots.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
  • Hold a valid RN or LPN license, with school experience preferred
  • Confident in providing 1:1 nursing care for student transportation (including suctioning)
  • Compassionate, attentive, and responsive to medically complex student needs
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic school setting
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent 1:1 healthcare support during school transport and throughout the school day
  • Perform potential suctioning as needed for the student
  • Ensure the student’s medical needs are met safely and respectfully
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with educational teams and families
