Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep

This is an entry-level structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview or placement as a team leader.
What will I do?- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team

Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures;
Customer Service experience, preferably in a food service industry, grocery or retail setting. Work Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium to heavy. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, and reaching, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally.
You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderate to moderately high and trunk movement involves moderate to moderately high twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to cold (33 – 55 degrees) temperatures and wet conditions. Basic tools and equipment used include box cutter, u-cart, hand/power jack, compactor, baler, knives, packaging supplies, and food processing equipment.
