Location:

Medford, OR. Pay Range: $19.25-$28.85 per hour.

• Coordinates deliveries between Driveway customers and fulfillment centers including OOM, Store, and Hub.
• Responsible for setting appointment time and status in Scheduling, CRM and TMS program.
• Keeps customer informed on delivery status.
• Follows up with customer post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Escalates post-delivery customer concerns to appropriate department.
• Responsible for pre-delivery vehicle readiness between selling location and fulfillment center.
