Truly Lawn – Sales Intern

Location: 40 Canal St, Medford MA

Hours: ~30 hours/week (flexible, seasonal)

Pay: Sales Intern + performance-based commission (Pay will be further discussed)

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team this season. You’ll get hands‑on experience learning about lawn care sales, customer relationships, and local marketing. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world sales experience in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in‑person leads
• Assist with generating and following up on lawn care quotes
• Help track leads, appointments, and customer information in our system
• Support the team with local marketing and community outreach
• Learn about lawn care services to confidently communicate with customers

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic CRM tools
• Interest in sales, marketing, or small business operations

• Real‑world sales experience in a small business
• Exposure to local marketing and customer service strategies
• Opportunity to earn commission based on performance
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced team members
