Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday; 8‑hour shifts

• Guide customers through digital car purchases
• Communicate via phone, text, and email to answer questions and explain next steps
• Support financing, documentation, and coordination for smooth vehicle delivery
• Provide timely updates, set clear expectations, and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain detailed notes and manage multiple customer journeys simultaneously

• Customer‑first mindset with passion for helping others
• Prior experience in sales, service, or customer‑facing roles
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident handling multiple tasks
• Calm, solution‑driven approach under pressure
