Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products;
Drive sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and key operational processes;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment;
Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
