IPSC Production Scientist - Biology

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a full‑time iPSC Production Scientist to join the growing organization’s Bio/Engineering Production team onsite at their Massachusetts location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong biology background and hands‑on experience in iPSC stem cell culture, differentiation, and QC within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

• Full‑time onsite schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lead and support iPSC production and related lab activities
• Perform hands‑on stem cell culture and differentiation
• Execute QC‑related tasks in accordance with SOPs
• Maintain accurate lab documentation and records
• Support Bio/Engineering Production workflows
• Follow all safety, GMP, and GLP standards

• Biology degree strongly preferred (Biomedical Engineering degrees are NOT a fit)
• Proven hands‑on experience with:
  • iPSC cell culture
  • Stem cell differentiation
  • Quality Control (QC) processes
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred

• Salary Range: $83,200.00 – $ per year (≈$40.00 – $55.00 per hour) based on experience and certifications.
