Colwen Management Inc seeks a dependable Part Time Maintenance Technician for Hyatt Medford. You will service mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders to keep the hotel operating smoothly.
The role requires prior maintenance experience (hotel preferred), ability to work a 7-day rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and familiarity with building systems.
