Join Eagle Point School District 9 Supporting Communication and Student Success Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a key district-wide position that supports students in developing communication skills essential to academic and social success.

About Eagle Point School District 9 Located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of southern Oregon, EPSD9 serves approximately 3,650 students in Eagle Point, White City, and surrounding communities. The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, designs, and implements specialized instruction and services for students with communication disorders. This role works closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals to support students' communication and language development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing a continuum of services based on student needs, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and offering consultation and training to staff and families.

We are seeking a licensed, highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist passionate about supporting student growth. Candidates must hold an Oregon Board of Examiners Speech Pathology License or an Oregon Teaching License with a Speech Impairment Endorsement. The ideal candidate is organized, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly with staff, students, and families. Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and the ability to travel between sites are essential.

No less than $62,967 - $103,972 per year (depending upon verified experience and graduate level credits). Salary listed indicates current  Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change Position will begin in August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
