St. Mary of the Lakes Parish in Medford is seeking a dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our P.R.E.P. program. Work hours are approximately 20–25 per week, including two evening workdays during the school year.
Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with registration and communications, supporting catechists and volunteers, preparing class materials, and managing service hours. Evening and some weekend hours may be required during events.
