Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom where children learn through play, exploration, and connection.
Curriculum & Instruction- Implement age-appropriate lessons using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
- Lead hands-on activities that spark curiosity
- Observe and assess development using COR Advantage
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom community
- Guide daily routines and transitions
- Encourage positive behavior with empathy and support
- Maintain friendly, open communication with families
- Provide updates and participate in parent conferences
- Encourage family involvement in school activities
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Supervise indoor and outdoor play attentively
- Participate in training and professional development
- Stay current with early childhood best practices
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team
- High school diploma required;
Associate, Bachelor’s in ECE, or CDA preferred - 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Abuse Prevention and CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety
