Part-Time Spanish Teacher K-8

St. Mary of the Lakes School is seeking a part-time Spanish teacher for grades Kindergarten-8 for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote language development and an appreciation for Spanish-speaking cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Spanish to students in grades Kindergarten through 8th
• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons
• Assess student progress and communicate with parents
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with faculty and staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or related field
• Teaching experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Supportive of the mission of a Catholic school

Requirements:

• Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background check
• Completion of Virtus (Protecting God's Children) training and diocesan safe environment requirements
