Location: Medford Township
The Medford Township Public Schools is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Special Education Teacher to fill a long‑term substitute position in Elementary School. This teacher will work collaboratively with support staff and related service providers to deliver high‑quality, individualized instruction aligned to each student's IEP.
This position is hired through our partner ESS and does not accrue seniority or tenure.
Key responsibilities include providing differentiated instruction, utilizing assistive technology, and implementing behavior management strategies for students with complex learning and physical challenges.
Requirements- Students with Disabilities (NJDOE #2475)
- Elementary School Teacher in Grades K‑6 (NJDOE #1001), or Preschool through Grade 3 (NJDOE #1013)
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
