Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with accuracy;
Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers/Tellers with high accuracy;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using standard procedures;
Educate customers on self-service and digital banking options and refer to appropriate partners;
Train and mentor new Tellers and assist supervisors with daily duties
