The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to our clients while providing exceptional brow/lash services, waxing, customized mini facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels with the desire to be trained on our machines GLO2 facial as well as VENUS GLOW. With knowledge of Dermalogica and ZO by Obagi and more while being able to sell our experiences and products.
As one of our Estheticians, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform facials both by hand and machines, dermaplaning, peels, body waxing, and brow & lash services including tinting and laminations.Be able to sell yourself and your services to potential medspa guests, hair salon guests, as well as clients on social media.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized recommendations.Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, including brows, Korean skincare, and other beauty services, to offer comprehensive care.Be active on social media with your own professional handle as well as daily posts, videos, and before and after pictures of all clients.Have at least 10 clients, even if they are family or friends, to bring in within the first 30 days.Skills:
Proficient in various esthetic techniques including body waxing, brow artistry, massage techniques, dermaplaning, etc. Makeup services a plus but not necessary.Outgoing personality, loves to engage with new people and build relationships.Strong ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.Familiarity with software eClinical for efficient appointment management or at least eager to learn.Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.Join the Skinja Family today.
