Haz Tek Safety Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own training and consulting customers from first inquiry to project completion and follow-up. You will qualify opportunities, scope projects, and build proposals with support from the Training and Consulting Manager.
You will also handle day-to-day account work, including PO tracking, issue resolution, and accurate records, while growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services in a fast-paced team
