$18.20 to $21.83 per hour (based on experience)

With the exciting NEW addition of our state‑of‑the‑art fitness center and pool, we are looking for a per diem, passionate and energetic Fitness Instructor to join our team. The goal of our fitness program is to promote the overall physical, social, and emotional well‑being of our senior residents.

Pay: $17.69/hr - $21.22/hr (dependent on experience)

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programming to a wide variety of residents with varying degrees of fitness levels. The instructor will meet with each resident to customize an individual training plan to support them in achieving their personal health and wellness goals. Our fitness instructors facilitate both individual and group training sessions, monitor and provide instruction on proper equipment usage, and offer ongoing recommendations for improvement to residents and their families.

The fitness team also consults with our medical staff to address any areas of concern observed while interacting with the residents.

• Must be willing to obtain a personal trainer, group fitness, AED and CPR certifications
• A valid driver’s license is needed to occasionally travel between our Medford and Lumberton campuses (5 minutes).
• Annual Flu shot required.
