RN EDUCATOR

Responsibilities:

• Ensure orientation and training content is up-to-date, reflecting best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and track online training modules, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• maintain current knowledge of EMR functionality.
• Conduct clinical staff training on visit processes, documentation, and direct care.
• Oversee onboarding and education requirements, including clinical competency assessments.
• Provide ongoing performance assessments, computer instruction, and user group sessions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed clinician, we will consider a Registered Nurse (RN)
• The employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time home care experience required 3-5 years preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge and expertise.
