Profitable, founder-led B2B SaaS firm for the public sector, looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own our Mar Tech stack end to end and keep a CRM genuinely clean.

Not a strategy seat, though it can grow into one. You're inheriting a working engine, and we need someone just as comfortable in the weeds of Salesforce as running a campaign end to end.

• Salesforce data hygiene: imports, deduplication, segmentation, and an ongoing process to keep it clean
• Multi-channel campaigns, built, launched, and optimized against real performance data
• SEO, retargeting across Google, Meta, and Linked In, tracking that works
• Reporting that shows what's working, not just what happened
• Documentation - none of this lives only in your head

• 5 to 8+ years of hands-on marketing operations or Mar Tech experience, ideally B2B SaaS
• Real comfort inside a CRM, Salesforce a plus, Hub Spot or Marketo fine if it's genuinely technical
• A track record of large-scale data cleanup, not just the theory of it
• Someone who explains technical and data topics clearly to non-technical teammates

• $100,000 to $125,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.
• Fully on-site, five days a week, within a realistic commute.
