Position SummaryAre you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, consistently maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.
Whatyou’ll do
Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines—conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, adhering to steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company's Environmental Sustainability Program.
Keep supplies stocked and rotate chemicals, placing orders to replenish supplies as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and time‑based premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, and work performed.
