This is a full-time on-site role for a motivated Junior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who wants to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic job shop manufacturing environment. The position will support senior engineers, machinists and production staff in developing, improving, and documenting manufacturing processes. Candidate will be comfortable working with high-mix, low-volume production and will play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and throughput.

• Assist in developing and documenting manufacturing processes for new and existing parts
• Help create process sheets, work instructions, and routings
• Generate CAD drawings and product structures to accurately match and clearly communicate customer requirements.
• Define manufacturing tolerances
• Support tooling and fixture design for machining and fabrication operations
• Work with machinists and programmers to improve efficiency and workflow
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in manufacturability reviews for incoming jobs
• Help identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and cost improvement
• Ensure processes follow company quality and safety standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or near completion)
• Internship, co‑op, or hands‑on experience in manufacturing or machining preferred
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining, milling, turning, or fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Understanding of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 is a plus.
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skill

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
