We are seeking a qualified and meticulous Quality Inspector to ensure our parts are right the first time, every time.

You will perform in-process and final dimensional inspections of tight-tolerance machined parts and assemblies according to exact technical specifications. You will verify that all manufactured goods meet rigid AS9100 and military compliance standards.

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and complex in-process and final inspections.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
• Program, set up, and operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using Zeiss Calypso / PC-DMIS software.
• Utilize manual measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and drop gages.
• Document non-conformances and maintain accurate quality control records in our ERP system.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on quality inspection experience in an aerospace, defense, or tight‑tolerance CNC machining environment.
• Must have experience using at least these measuring methods
  • Zeiss CMM
  • Micrometers
  • Calipers
  • Height gages
  • Precision Bore Gages
  • Rockwell Hardness testers
  • Niko Vision System
  • Thread Gages
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
• Proven proficiency in CMM programming and operation.
• Experience with aerospace quality standards (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical degree or ASME GDTP certification is a plus).
