- Friday, Flexible Hours between 8am-5pm, about 15-25 hours per week. We’re hiring for a part-time role with a consistent biweekly schedule. You’ll average 10-20 hours per week.

Pay: $20/hr.

• Ensure safety of yourself, Lowe’s store personnel, and customers.
• Be courteous and professional to customers.
• Communicate effectively with Lowe’s store personnel.
• Contact the Lowe’s receiving department to confirm product availability for stocking.
• Stock Novo products within 36 hours of delivery in the Lowe’s system, unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe’s representatives.
• Retrieve Novo products from inventory, break down bundles, and stock appropriately.
• Ensure stocked Novo products look neat and tidy; straighten and push back moulding as needed.
• Return all products to their proper locations and stock moulding in correct bin locations.
• Perform culls and ensure Lowe’s has credited damaged pieces found during stocking.
• Keep aisles free of debris; clean up and dispose of packing materials and bundle ties.
• Return or arrange the return of carts or cattle racks to their proper locations.
• Participate in special events for customers (e.g., Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training) as requested.
• Assist with store set/reset activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license (other than vision)
• Automobile Insurance coverage (proof required)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently

• Prior experience stocking customer stores

Travel to assigned Lowe’s store(s) in a local geographic region.

• Standing, walking, bending or twisting
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs. with the use of equipment or assistance
• Pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs.
