Perform routine and corrective maintenance across all buildings on the Medford site;
Troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, blockages, and component failures and complete repairs;
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and identify root causes of performance issues;
Perform single-phase electrical troubleshooting and diagnosis including 120-volt circuits and motors;
Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors for large or intricate jobs, ensuring quality and safety
