Paid Time Off & Leave Benefits

We reward long-term commitment with increasing PTO every year:

  • Year 1: 7 days PTO
  • Year 2: 13 days PTO

- 56 hours of paid sick time annually

Pay Rate

$19.25 * +$2.00 per hour for routes requiring CPR certification

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist adult passengers with physical, emotional, or mobility needs
  • Ensure safe boarding, seating, and exiting from the vehicle
  • Monitor passenger well-being throughout the route
  • Communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and program staff
  • Follow all safety procedures, route instructions, and company policies
  • Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times
Who We're Looking For

  • Able to pass a non-DOT drug test and physical
Schedule & Pay Stability
  • Guaranteed minimum: 20 hours per week
  • Average: 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Routes may offer additional hours
  • Consistent work all year: no unpaid breaks
