Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Sorren is a national advisory firm offering services in accounting, assurance, tax, advisory, and private client services.
Your Impact (Essential Duties)- Create a positive and professional first impression for clients, guests, and team members, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly and courteously.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area and conference rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming client experience.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage supplies, monitor inventory, and place orders to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room preparation.
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation, scanning, and data entry to assist various departments.
- Support administrative and operations teams with general office coordination as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client or firm information.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive office culture by being dependable, adaptable, and engaged in team success.
- Assist with coordination of firm events and office activities.
- Perform other duties and demonstrate flexibility in supporting firm priorities as assigned by leadership.
- Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role, ideally within a professional services environment such as accounting, legal, or consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort with learning new software tools.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Ability to work beyond normal business hours if needed during major deadlines.

Benefits are available to full‑time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.
