We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dealership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for customers and coworkers alike, we'd love to meet you!
** What You'll Do
*** Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
* Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
* Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
* Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
* Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
* Other duties as assigned.
