Automotive Diagnostic Technician | Up to $100k

Pay: $42-50/Flat Rate (Up to $100,000+ annually) Based on Experience

Location: Clackamas, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We're partnering with a busy, well-established independent repair shop serving the Oregon City area. With a loyal customer base, consistent car count, and supportive ownership, you'll have everything you need to stay productive and maximize your earnings in a professional, drama-free environment.

• Diagnose and repair domestic and Asian vehicles
• Perform maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, electrical systems, and drivability concerns
• Complete accurate diagnostics and efficiently resolve complex issues
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on domestic and Asian vehicles
• Dependable, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with All Data or similar shop management software is a plus

• Earn up to $100,000+ with competitive flat-rate pay (Based on Experience)
• Consistent workflow and strong billable hours
• Monday-Friday schedule
