About the role

You will be responsible for the administrative organization of the Sales and Marketing department including coordinating day-to-day activities such as handling initial inquiries, entering database notes, and compiling reports. You will also be the point‑of‑contact for coordinating onsite sales events.

Pay: $20.00 / hr DOE

  • Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accurate lead tracking, applicant/waitlist maintenance, and efficient documentation workflows.
  • Support marketing and sales operations by coordinating events, generating routine sales reports, assisting with market research, and producing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and move‑in guides.
  • Coordinate the move‑in and move‑out process by assisting prospects and residents with required documentation and partnering with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Engage with prospects and visitors, including responding to inquiries, conducting introductory tours, prequalifying leads, and scheduling follow‑up communications.
  • Maintain operational readiness through accurate inventory management, adherence to safety and policy requirements, completion of required training, and other duties as assigned.
About you
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in administrative or customer‑facing office experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Experience with a CRM, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly is highly preferred.
  • You’re eager to grow in this role, and we will train the right candidate on our CRM and internal processes.
