About the Role

The County Manager Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the County Manager and program teams by assisting with daily operations, staff communication, documentation management, and compliance-related activities. This role supports effective service delivery by maintaining organized workflows, accurate records, and positive relationships with individuals served, families, employees, community partners, and regulatory stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support organizational goals.

Program

Support & DSP Coordination
  • Provide support to assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by ensuring access to guidance, resources, communication, and agency support.
  • Assist the County Manager with staff communication, scheduling coordination, training support, resource needs, and follow-up activities.
  • Promote a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, accountability, and alignment with Premier Community Supports' mission, values, policies, and procedures.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, employees, case management entities, community partners, and government agencies.
  • Serve as a communication resource by responding to inquiries, coordinating information, and supporting effective collaboration among internal and external partners.
Compliance & Operational Support
  • Assist the County Manager with monitoring compliance related to Premier policies, procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Support problem resolution by identifying concerns, communicating expectations, and assisting with follow-up actions as needed.
Documentation & Record Management
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, auditing, and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain records and data systems by ensuring information is updated accurately and according to established procedures.
Office Administration & Communication
  • Provide front office support, including managing phone calls, emails, correspondence, walk-in inquiries, meetings, and administrative requests.
  • Maintain organized workflows, prioritize competing responsibilities, and provide timely support to the County Manager and program teams.
  • Attend meetings and complete assigned follow-up activities as needed.
Other Duties
  • Perform additional duties, projects, and organizational tasks assigned to support Premier Community Supports' operations and mission.
