THIS POSITION IS FOR PEOPLE LOCAL TO MEDFORD, OR. THERE IS NO RELOCATION FEE.
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. This role works closely with both the Project Manager and Site Superintendent, helping bridge the gap between design intent and field execution while ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with quality standards.

Responsibilities- Review and interpret architectural/engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Maintain control and distribution of contract documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
- Support procurement of specialized materials and equipment
- Monitor site activities for technical compliance and quality assurance
- Assist with change order management and project scheduling support
- Partner with estimating and project management teams during buyout processes
- Support field teams with reporting, documentation, and technical problem‑solving
- Conduct and document project meetings and commissioning activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with project management software/tools
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
