Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Medford, OR
Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can independently lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout? We are seeking a proven Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $20M to $30M, while collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
- Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Manage procurement activities and long-lead materials.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to align field operations with schedule and budget objectives.
- Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, turnover, and financial reconciliation.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage large, complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
- Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills.
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000/year
- Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, project complexity, and overall fit.
