Mercy Flights is hiring a Membership Implementation Specialist.

The Membership Implementation Specialist supports the Membership program through a variety of administrative and customer service functions. Responsibilities include managing membership records, processing payments, preparing membership materials, maintaining databases, generating reports, and providing exceptional service to members and visitors.

Key

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years of office-related experience required
• Strong administrative, data entry, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and maintain membership records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update membership databases with accuracy and timeliness
• Process membership payments and renewals
• Prepare and mail membership cards
• Organize, file, scan, and maintain membership records
• Answer phones, greet visitors, assist customers, and process payments
• Support accurate financial transaction handling and reporting
• Provide membership activity reports to leadership
