AT&T Customer Service Representative

As an AT&T Customer Service Representative based in Medford, you will support the AT&T Fiber campaign by delivering knowledgeable, confident, and customer-focused service in every interaction.

In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of AT&T Fiber offerings for our customers, translating technical features into clear, easy-to-understand information. You’ll guide customers through available options, confirm service eligibility, and ensure every recommendation is relevant to their needs.

• Provide frontline support by engaging with customers through in-person interactions, addressing questions, and service inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support a performance-driven, team-oriented environment
• Deliver personalized solutions by explaining AT&T Fiber features, resolving concerns, and helping customers choose the best services for their needs
• Support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

• Previous background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging explanations
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and evolving service offerings
