Million Air - Medford is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet guests, assist pilots, and provide concierge services in a fast-paced FBO environment. You will invoice for services, record preferences in the Million Air CSI system, and coordinate with the line service team to exceed customer expectations.
The role requires evenings/weekends, a valid driving record, and a background check. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities to grow within the customer service
