Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast invites a Guest Service Agent to deliver a warm, professional welcome. You’ll manage efficient check-ins/outs, handle cashiering, provide concierge help, and resolve guest inquiries with empathy.
You’ll support loyalty programs and collaborate with Guests Club and development teams to create memorable experiences. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years front desk or customer-service experience, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
