As organizational and programming needs evolve, this position may assist with administrative, outreach, client service, and operational support activities.
Position
Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary contact for individuals seeking information, services, or assistance through agency programs.
• Conduct intake activities, including screening, scheduling, assessments, and eligibility determinations, in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including timely data entry into agency systems and databases, while ensuring compliance with program and agency requirements.
• Provide information, referrals, and support to clients while collaborating with staff, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
• Support program operations through reporting, outreach, training, meetings, special projects, and other administrative or operational activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support agency operations and organizational objectives.
• Belief in ACCESS’ mission to provide food, warmth, and shelter.
• Minimum of one year of experience in direct client support, customer service, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and co-workers, sustain client and intradepartmental confidentiality.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with standard office software, web-based applications, and other job-related technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with organizational insurance policies.
