24-hour call coverage 7am - 7am
1 patient per shift
8 beds in department
Newborn intubation and UVC procedures required
Non-invasive ventilation management needed
X-ray interpretation required
3 hours daily in-person rounding when babies admitted
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
