Ampersand Therapy, a woman and therapist run company, is hiring a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the remainder of the  school year. We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping young learners thrive in the school setting.

• Position: Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week, M-F
• Location: Greater Medford, OR area
• Caseload: K-12
• Cover the following counties: Jackson, Josephine, Douglas, Klamath, Lake
• Travel between school sites required
• Dates: ASAP - June 4th with potential for renewal
• In-person only
• Responsibilities: Provide evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation
• Collaborations: Participate in IEPs and collaborate with school Special Education teams

• Current or eligible for Oregon TVI Certification/Licensure
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Rates: $45-50/hour
• W-2 employment
