Senior Project Manager- Water​/Wastewater

This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, pump stations, storage facilities, and treatment systems. The position involves managing projects from design through construction, coordinating subcontractors, supporting funding applications, and ensuring successful project delivery. The individual will also troubleshoot infrastructure systems, recommend operational improvements, and oversee multidisciplinary engineering efforts. Additionally, the role requires mentoring junior engineers, serving as a technical expert, and supporting utility providers in modernizing aging infrastructure.

• Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects, including design, construction oversight, contractor coordination, and project closeout.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project components, including mechanical, electrical, structural, geotechnical, environmental, and survey services.
• Support clients with project funding opportunities, reimbursement processes, and infrastructure improvement strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure, with strong expertise in water and wastewater engineering.
• Proven leadership, project management, client-facing communication skills, and experience mentoring junior engineering staff.
