Position: Financial Analyst I

Overview

Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is a national, not-for-profit leader in senior living and healthcare, dedicated to empowering people to lead meaningful lives as they age. We are seeking a Financial Analyst I to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational analysis across PRS and its affiliated organizations. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with leaders throughout the organization while contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, schedules, and analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance metrics for assigned communities and business units.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through data gathering, schedule preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports that provide visibility into financial and operational results.
  • Support market research, feasibility studies, and pricing analysis for community operations and development projects.
  • Prepare regulatory and compliance reporting, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other required filings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury activities including cash tracking and financial documentation.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, testing, process improvements, and other special projects.

Location:
Medford, OR - In Office 5 days per week.

About You
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
