Branch Business Lending Officer I​/II

• Provides primary liaison and relationship support for small business members and prospective members
• Develops and manages a delivery channel to efficiently process small business loans under $50K
• Responsible for managing, structuring and approving a wide variety of commercial credit loan requests
• Fosters excellent communication between Business Services, Operations, and Branch Delivery
• Conducts portfolio and risk management for loans within the portfolio

• 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to use Buker's Tax Analysis to spread and analyze business financial data
• Excellent computer/keyboarding skills
• Underwriting skills for small business loans
• Education:
  
  (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprentice program.

Demonstrates expertise in managing small business loans, including underwriting and risk management, while fostering strong communication across departments. Proficient in financial analysis and utilizing tools for effective loan processing.
