Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a lead financial resource supporting PRS, its affiliated organizations, and managed communities. We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a lead financial resource supporting PRS, its affiliated organizations, and managed communities. This role combines advanced financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and reporting with opportunities to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities while developing advanced financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, liquidity forecasts, debt schedules, covenant calculations, and capital planning analytics.
• Support strategic initiatives through market research, pricing analysis, feasibility studies, and development-related financial analysis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for financial systems, reporting tools, and planning platforms, including Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, support executive reporting, and provide guidance on complex financial matters.

Salary: $89,360k - $111,700k / annually DOE

Preferred candidates will reside in on the following states: TX, CA, OR, WA, AZ, TX

• Minimum of four years of experience in finance, FP&A, treasury analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools;
  Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
