We're hiring a Clinical Supervisor at Medford Eugene Treatment Center! If you're a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven setting, this is your chance to make a real difference.
Job Summary- Responsible for the clinical supervision of counselors/professionals in training, counselors/professionals requiring supervision by regulatory authorities, and/or counselors/professionals who are working towards their certification or licensure as well as providing guidance and assistance to the counseling team as needed.
- Assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Helping the patients prepare and adjust to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.
- The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide clinical supervision of counselors and professionals, including those in training and those working toward certification or licensure.
- Offer guidance and support to the counseling team as needed.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a CADC I, II or III and meet the qualifications listed below.
- Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling; or
- A bachelor's degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
- A master's degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
