Starting Wage for this exempt role is: $56.10-$77.14 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
The Manager of Case Management is responsible for assisting the Director of Case Management in the development, implementation, coordination, management and monitoring of Discharge Planning, Social Work Services, Utilization Review, Appeals/Denials and Emergency Department Case Management, and Nurse Navigators at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Ashland Community Hospital to bridge acute care and the community, including the coordination and management of all staff and activities associated with appropriate utilization of resources.
QualificationsEducation
- A bachelor's degree in nursing, or the equivalent in education and experience, is required
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership in utilization/case management within a health care environment, with emphasis on community health resources and program development, is required
Licensure/Certification s
- RN:
Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start - CCM:
Certified Case Manager is preferred - ACM:
Accredited Case Manager is preferred
