Authentic Hand Therapy is a private specialty clinic focused exclusively on upper-extremity rehabilitation. We treat surgical and non-surgical conditions of the upper limb and fabricate custom orthoses. No double booking. No assembly-line care. You will have time to think, treat thoughtfully, and go home without evening charting.

About the Clinic- Small collaborative team (3 full-time OTs) with supportive leadership and a stable referral base.

Full-time | 40 hrs/week | 8- or 10-hour shifts
Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Clinicians who enjoy hands-on care, problem-solving, and meaningful patient relationships do well in this setting. This position is not a good fit for high-volume treatment styles.

- Oregon OT or PT license
- CPR certification
- 1+ year experience preferred
- CHT or exam-eligible preferred
- Upper-extremity Level II fieldwork considered
- Basic splinting skills
