- 24-hour call coverage 7am - 7am
- 1 patient per shift
- 8 beds in department
- Newborn intubation and UVC procedures required
- Non-invasive ventilation management needed
- X-ray interpretation required
- 3 hours daily in-person rounding when babies admitted
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
