Position OverviewThe Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based therapy techniques. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve optimal functional independence.
This role provides one-on‑one patient appointments lasting approximately 45 minutes
, allowing clinicians to deliver personalized, focused care.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on orthopedic diagnoses
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and improve mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards and regulations
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligibility upon hire)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and deliver orthopedic therapy services
- Some roles may require specialized physical therapy training depending on departmental needs
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Experience working with orthopedic patients in outpatient or clinical settings
